One of the many payment methods available on Flutterwave is Pay with USSD. This payment method allows your customers to pay you by dialling a specific USSD code that is generated at checkout. Pay With USSD offers a quick and seamless way to complete transactions.

Enable Pay With USSD

To enable the USSD payment method, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your dashboard

• Click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Business Preference’

• Go to ‘Payment methods’ and enable USSD

Once this is done, your customers will see the USSD payment method on your Flutterwave checkout page, and they’ll be able to make payments to you using USSD.

How To Make Payments via USSD

• Select USSD on the Flutterwave payment gateway

• Select your bank in the options displayed to you. A USSD code will be generated for you

• Dial the USSD code generated on your mobile device to complete the payment.

• Once the payment is completed, click on ‘I have made the payment’.

PS: USSD is a local payment method that is only available in Nigeria.
